Sulekha Sen is a financial advisor, educator and content creator with a decade-long mission: rebuild how Indian families — especially women, first-earners, and households in the North-East — relate to their money. She co-founded Smart SIP Solutions to bring conflict-free, fee-only financial planning to people who have historically been pushed to the wrong side of the desk.

Before founding the firm, Sulekha served as an assistant professor and remains connected to institutions in the North-East including Assam Don Bosco University.
