Sulekha Sen is a financial advisor, educator and content creator with a decade-long mission: rebuild how Indian families — especially women, first-earners, and households in the North-East — relate to their money. She co-founded Smart SIP Solutions to bring conflict-free, fee-only financial planning to people who have historically been pushed to the wrong side of the desk.
Before founding the firm, Sulekha served as an assistant professor and remains connected to institutions in the North-East including Assam Don Bosco University. That teaching DNA shows in every consultation — compound interest, asset allocation and tax regimes explained the way good teachers do: patiently, clearly, in the listener's language.
Beyond consultations she is a respected personal-finance content creator, reaching a fast-growing community of young Indians on Instagram with myth-busting explainers most advisors refuse to make publicly.
